Innovate Leisure was formed to provide a range of leisure management and facility development services to local authorities, leisure trusts and educational establishments.

In today’s economic climate public leisure facilities are presented with some of the greatest challenges the sector has had to face in its history; an ageing stock; a lack of sources of funding; ever increasing competition and government spending cuts. 

At Innovate Leisure we see these challenges as providing the sector with some of its greatest opportunities.

Innovate Leisure was formed by leisure professional who are all experienced operators and fully understand the pressures in the public leisure sector.

Our aim is to support operators in overcoming the challenges with innovative solutions, helping them to improve their commercial viability which will contribute to the long term sustainability of the facilities and the organisation.

Innovate Leisure’s services are directed at the various management issues that impact on the success of public leisure facilities. We can deliver a range of support services designed to provide management focus on the key issues and fast-track improvements in client operations.

Innovate Leisure Directors have more than 75 years combined leisure management and  consultancy experience in the public sector covering a wide range of disciplines from facility development and  operational management to marketing, promotions and business development.

The senior team has extensive experience in both the design and development and subsequent management of a wide range of leisure facilities including;

• Local, Regional and National Sports and Leisure Centres
• Arts & Entertainment Venues,
• Modern Spa & Wellness Facilities
• Ice Rinks and Lidos

Innovate Leisure provides support for local authorities and leisure trusts in three main areas including Funding and Facility Development; Business Development; Operational Support.

Through a combination of our own in-house expertise and a strong associate network, Innovate Leisure  can offer a ‘One-Stop-Shop’ for public sector operators where we can take a project from concept to completion – whether it is  a major construction project or a regional marketing campaign. We have the skills, experience and expertise to deliver on budget, on time, every time.
